Buying Online

You can buy everything on MelodyWorks.com using our secure online payment system.  This service is provided for us by Roman Cart, one of the largest most respected names in the .com world.

Using this facility you can order and pay for things instantly using a credit or debit card.  The whole transaction is secure and simple to use, and your goods will be delivered to you promptly.

You can select goods by adding them to the cart as you browse the site.  You will be shown your current order each time you select something, and the total cost is updated continuously.  If you are not sure if you want something, click on it anyway, you can always remove it later.
Use this button to review what you have selected at any time. You can change the quantity, or remove things from the order. It will always tell you exactly what you will be paying, including the shipping and VAT.
When you have decided on your order, click on Checkout.  You will be asked to enter the delivery details and select from a range of payment options. 

If you wish to pay by card, you will seamlessly be passed over to our secure service where your card details will be taken on a secure server.  Its exceptionally safe and easy.

If you wish to pay through PayPal, your order will be submitted to us, and you will be taken through to PayPal to make the associated payment.

If you wish to pay by cheque or Postal Order, your order will be submitted to us and confirmation email will be sent to you; you can also print an invoice.  Please include a copy of the invoice or email with your cheque, and note that we have to allow an addional five working days for a cheque to clear.

 

Buying using email

You can order anything on our website using email by sending a message to sales@melodyworks.com.  Sometimes our website does not have the exact option that you require, or you might want to discuss a whole package of goods or make a custom order. 

We will confirm availability, price and delivery options with you, by email, and include a custom "Buy Now" option.  You can then complete checkout as normal and your goods will be with you very quickly.

Some items are very individual, such as vintage guitars, and in these cases it is always important to send us an email to check that it has not been sold already.

Buying using the telephone

Many online sellers do not like telephone calls.  Not us, we love to talk!

If you wish to discuss special arrangements or check availability the telephone is convenient and quick.  Unlike many eShops we are real people who know and understand the instruments and equipment that we sell.  We will answer you questions, make recommendations, and help you make the right purchase for your needs.

We can accept credit and debit cards over the phone and your goods can be put aside for packing as we talk. 

This is probably the quickest way of ordering, but we can can only answer the phone during office hours.

Buying by post

Many people prefer the security offered by the normal post service.  We are happy to accept orders with payment by post and the goods will normally be sent out by return. You can work out the total cost of an order using the information on the website (don't forget the postage) or contact us by email or phone to confirm the total before posting.  Better still, use the secure online system described above, and follow the "cheque" options.

Please do not send cash or card details by post.
